GOVERNOR’S MONTHLY LETTER AUGUST 2026 Medical and Dental Outreach Barangay Mariana, New Manila, Quezon City Date: July 18, 2026 By: TLP FRANCO MARTIN MACATANGAY The Rotary Clubs of Camp Panopio and the Rotary Club of Acropolis held a Medical & Dental Mission at the Women’s Lawyers Association of the Philippines Building in Barangay Mariana, New Manila, Quezon City, on July 18, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This event marked the kickoff of our club project for the Rotary Year 2026-2027, continuing our commitment to serve the community and assist those in need with their dental concerns, especially individuals who cannot afford dental care. The Rotary Club of Camp Panopio organized a community event dedicated to offering essential dental services to residents. The services provided included tooth extractions, oral prophylaxis, dental impressions, and dental fillings, catering to a wide range of dental needs. Dr. Loida Juangco, a committed Rotarian, led the initiative, ensuring that patients received quality care. The event witnessed the engagement of several Rotarian nurses, club members, and volunteer dentists, all of whom played vital roles in the screening process and in dispensing necessary medications to those in need. Throughout the day, a total of seventy (70) patients were accommodated, benefiting from these vital dental services and contributing to improved oral health in the community.
